These terms apply when you use this website or purchase Craig's Scents products (including online checkout). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products
We sell hand-poured home fragrance products including wax melts and sizzlers. Scent descriptions are for guidance; perception of fragrance can vary. Product images are representative; packaging may vary slightly.
Safety: Follow all usage instructions supplied with your product. Keep melts and burners away from children and pets. Never leave melting wax unattended.
Online ordering
You may order through this website’s shop and basket. When you check out you will be asked for billing and delivery details. By submitting an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if stock is unavailable, a price error is obvious, or payment is not completed). A contract is formed when payment is successfully taken and we confirm the order (including by showing an order confirmation / order number on our success page and/or through Stripe’s receipt).
You will receive an order number (for example in the format CS-…). Keep this for your records and any support requests.
Prices, offers, and discount codes
Prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed at checkout for that order applies.
Multi-buy offers and promotional discount codes may be available from time to time. Codes may be limited by usage, minimum basket value, or date. We may withdraw or change offers without notice. Discount codes apply to merchandise as described at checkout and do not usually reduce delivery unless we say otherwise.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Payment must complete successfully for the order to proceed. If payment fails or you cancel Stripe checkout, nothing is charged and you may return to your basket to try again.
Delivery
Delivery options, timescales, and charges are shown in the basket before you pay. Free delivery may apply above a stated order value (based on merchandise after applicable offers). Delivery estimates are business days unless we say otherwise and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided (or collected by you).
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Extra costs caused by an incorrect address may be your responsibility.
Customer information
To fulfil online orders we collect and store personal details such as your name, email, phone number, address, and order contents. How we use and protect that information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can choose to remember billing details on your own device; that data stays in your browser until you clear it.
Returns and refunds
In-store purchases are final — we do not accept returns or refunds except for faulty goods as required by UK law. For online and other purchases, see our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Other ways to buy
You may also purchase in person, by phone or email, or from a stockist where available. Those purchases may follow different fulfilment arrangements, but product safety and your legal rights still apply.
Website use
You may use this site for lawful personal purposes only. Content is owned by Craig's Scents unless otherwise stated. You must not misuse the site (including attempting to interfere with checkout, pricing, or security).
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the country where you live.
